Why can't I receive calls when the screen turns off on my Windows Mobile device?

It's possible that your Windows phone has automatically turned off your WiFi connection. To prevent this from happening in the future, change your phone’s power management settings. Please refer to your device's manual for full instructions on how to adjust your WiFi power management settings, as this process varies from device to device.

Please note that Skype for Windows Mobile is no longer available for download.
