Only one participant needs a Skype Premium account for group video calls.
SIP is an open standard so even if your SIP-enabled PBX or other network equipment are not currently certified by Skype, Skype Connect may still work. If you do not have a SIP-enabled PBX, you may be able to use a SIP gateway certified to work with Skype Connect.
However, we recommend that you use a Skype Connect certified PBX as we cannot ensure all your SIP-enabled PBX features and functions will operate correctly in non-certified SIP-enabled PBXs when used with Skype Connect.

For more information on Skype Connect, there is a Quick Start Guide, a User Guide and several other Skype Connect guides available on the Guides page of the Skype Support site.
