If you use Skype Connect and are only getting one-way audio, check the following possible causes:
|Does the caller have low internet bandwidth?|| |
One-way audio can be caused by the caller having low internet bandwidth, such as a dial-up connection, satellite connection (that uses dial-up or GPRS for upload) or a highly contended ADSL broadband connection.

|Is your firewall blocking the audio?||Ensure that it does not restrict the use of the following ports: UDP 5060, 8000-80xx (where “xx” is the number of channels you require multiplied by two).|
