How do I allocate subscriptions to members in my Skype Manager™?

    This FAQ contains instructions on how to allocate subscriptions to your members and cancel subscriptions. 

    Follow these steps to allocate new subscriptions or to change an existing subscription for a member:

    1. Sign in to Skype Manager.
    2. Click Features from the Skype Manager Dashboard.
    3. Select Subscriptions from the menu. 
    4. Check the box next to each member you want to allocate subscriptions to. 
    5. Click Allocate a subscription to this member.
    6. Type the name of the country you’d like to call, select the subscription, and then click Continue.
      To enjoy unlimited* calls to various countries with only one subscription, you can select Unlimited World or Unlimited Europe (if available) subscriptions.
    7. Select the subscription period and click Buy now.

    The subscriptions will become available in a few minutes, and the cost of the subscriptions will be deducted from your Skype Credit balance.

    After you’ve finished the purchase, you can also allocate other subscriptions to your Skype Manager members.

    Cancelling subscriptions

    To cancel a subscription for a member:

    1. Sign in to Skype Manager.
    2. Click Features from the Skype Manager Dashboard.
    3. Select Subscriptions from the menu. 
    4. Check the box next to each member you want to cancel subscriptions for. 
    5. Scroll to the bottom of the member list and select Cancel subscription to confirm you want to cancel.

    The subscriptions and all the benefits will expire on the dates indicated for each subscription. No further costs will be incurred.
