I am having problems with my PBX’s functionality. What should I do?

Your SIP-enabled PBX might cause problems with any of the following:

  • Hunt Groups
  • Call Hold
  • Music on Hold
  • Internal network routing

If you're experiencing issues with any of the above, refer to your PBX manufacturer’s support documentation, or contact them for more help.
