You can start and join a group call on Skype for Android. If you receive an error message when attempting to join, be sure to update to the latest version of Skype. To run the latest version of Skype for Android, you'll need to have Android OS version 4.0.3 or above.
If you’re making a group video call, up to 6 video streams (5 plus yourself) can be visible at one time (depending on the device you're using), the rest will be audio. In general, Android devices from 2012 onwards should support group video calling. However, the maximum number of visible video streams will vary.
