Why can’t I add another credit card to my stored payment details?
For security reasons, we limit the number of active credit cards you can store against your account. This helps to protect our customers from fraud.
When you reach the maximum number of stored credit cards allowed, you’ll see a message telling you this on the 'Payment method selection’ page in your account.
You can select and pay with one of the other credit cards you have stored, or you can delete one of your stored cards and add a new one.
Please note that you can’t delete a credit card that’s being used for Auto-recharge or other recurring payments. You need to cancel the recurring payments first.
