    For Swedish customers: How do I pay by eBetalning?

    If you have a Nordea Bank account, you can pay for Skype products by using eBetalning. This is one of the many ways to pay.

    To use eBetalning, your billing address must be in Sweden.

    It’s easy to buy a Skype products using eBetalning:

    1. Sign in to your Skype account.
    2. Select the Skype product that you want to buy.

      Note: If you are using iPhone or iPad and can't find the product you want to buy, then you may need to clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.
    3. Enter your billing name and address. If your details are already pre-filled, make sure everything is up-to-date. Click Next.

    4. If you already have a different payment method set up, you'll need to change it to eBetalning. Click Change under the Paying with section displayed on the right side of the screen.
    5. When you’ve selected the Skype product you want to buy, select eBetalning from the More payment methods drop-down list and click Next. A summary of your order is displayed, showing the total amount to pay.
    6. Click Start. You are redirected to the Nordea Bank website.
    7. Log in to your bank account to complete the bank transfer. Normally, the payment is completed within 2 business days. In rare cases, it may take up to 4 business days.
