    For Estonian customers: How do I pay by Swedbank?

    Swedbank allows you to make an online bank transfer to pay for Skype products. This is one of the many ways to pay.

    To use Swedbank as a payment method, your billing address must be in Estonia.

    It’s easy to buy Skype products using Swedbank:

    1. Sign in to your Skype account.
    2. Select the Skype product that you want to buy.

      Note: If you are using iPhone or iPad and can't find the product you want to buy, then you may need to clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.
    3. Enter your billing name and address. If your details are already pre-filled, make sure everything is up-to-date. Click Next.

    4. If you already have a different payment method set up, you’ll need to change it to Swedbank. Click Change under the Paying with section displayed on the right side of the screen.
    5. Select the Swedbank icon and click Next. A summary of your order is displayed, showing the amount to pay.
    6. Click Submit. You're redirected to the Swedbank website.
    7. Log in to your bank account to complete the bank transfer. Normally, the payment is completed within 2 business days. In rare cases, it may take up to 4 business days.
