    [For Dutch customers] How do I pay by iDEAL?

    iDEAL allows you to make an online bank transfer to pay for Skype products, and is one of the many ways to pay. You can make payments using iDEAL immediately if you already have online banking with:

    • ABN AMRO
    • ASN Bank
    • Bunq
    • ING Home’Pay
    • Knab
    • MoneYou
    • Rabobank
    • RegioBank
    • SNS Bank 
    • Triodos Bank
    • Van Lanschot Bankiers

    To use iDEAL as payment method, your billing address must be in the Netherlands.

    Using iDEAL as a payment method

    To pay using iDEAL:

    1. Sign in to your Skype account.
    2. Select the Skype product that you want to buy. 

      Note: If you are on an iPhone or iPad and can't find the product you want to buy, you may need to clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.
    3. Enter your billing name and address. If your details are already pre-filled, make sure everything is up to date.

    4. If you already have a different payment method set up, you’ll need to change it to iDEAL. Select Change under the Paying with section.
    5. Select the iDEAL option and select Next. A summary of your order will be displayed, showing the amount to pay.
    6. Select Next.
    7. Select the bank you want to use to complete the bank transfer from the Choose your bank drop-down list and select Next. You will be redirected to the selected bank's website.
    8. Sign in to your bank account to complete the bank transfer. The payment should be completed within two business days. In some cases, it may take up to four business days.
