If you're having problems with Skype To Go, check the following.
If you’re prompted to enter your four digit PIN, it means that Skype To Go™ does not recognize the phone number you're calling from. Make sure you've registered the correct phone number or are calling from a phone number you previously registered. To check:
If you have registered your phone number correctly but you're still being asked for your four digit PIN, it might be due to your caller ID settings. If your phone does not display the caller ID, Skype To Go cannot recognize your phone. Make sure you have caller ID turned on. You can test this by calling a mobile phone to see if your phone number shows up. If it doesn't, call your phone provider for support, or find the caller ID instructions in your phone’s manual or on the manufacturer’s website.
You need to have some Skype Credit or a suitable calling subscription to use Skype To Go. If your Skype Credit runs too low or runs out, you’ll need to top it up before you can resume your call.
