I've forgotten my Skype Name. How do I find out what it is?
If you have a Skype Name (you don’t use an email address to sign in), select Skype Name on the sign-in screen.
If you’re having trouble signing in with your Skype Name and password, click here.
Enter your registered email address (the email address you used when you signed up for Skype) and click Send email. If you can’t remember or access your registered email address, please contact Skype Customer Service for assistance.
You will receive an email with a temporary code. If you aren’t receiving the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folders.
Click the link inside the email to recover your sign-in details (or, if that doesn’t work, click the Enter code button on the Email sent screen and enter the code from the email).
The Skype account(s) for the registered email address will appear on the screen. Click the correct account in the list, then click the Sign in link (or the Reset password button if you forgot your password).
