I redeemed my free voucher and received an email saying ‘We’ve delivered your purchase’ – what purchase? Have I been charged?

After you’ve redeemed a voucher for free Skype Credit or a subscription, we send an email confirming your purchase. This is a standard email sent to all customers when changes are made to their account. Although the email says “we’ve delivered your purchase”, don’t worry: the Skype Credit/subscription is complimentary and you won’t be charged anything.
