Why have I not received a reply from Skype Customer Service?

We make every effort to respond as quickly as possible, and most queries are answered within 24 hours. However, as most requests require research, it can take us longer to answer some questions.

If you sent a query through our official channels, you should have received an automated reply confirming that we received your message. If you have received the confirmation message, we’ll reply to your query soon. If you haven't received it, please check the following:

  1. Is the email in your spam or junk email folders?
  2. Is your ISP (Internet Service Provider) blocking email traffic from Skype?
  3. Have you added the @skype.net email domain to your email account's safe senders list?
