Help Windows Desktop

What is the Microsoft Bing Bar?

The Microsoft Bing Bar is a browser tool bar that gives you easy access to Facebook, your email, the weather and more – all with a single click.

The option to install the Bing Bar is selected by default when you install Skype for Windows desktop – if you don't want to install it, simply un-check the box during the installation.

You can disable the Bing Bar in Internet Explorer at any time – just go to Tools > Manage Add-ons > Toolbars and Extensions, select Bing and click Disable.
