[For Polish customers] What can I do if I pay for a Skype product via Skrill (Moneybookers), but I don’t receive it?

If you’ve purchased a Skype product via Skrill (Moneybookers) and the funds have been taken from your Skrill account, but the Skype product hasn’t been delivered to your Skype account, we suggest that you contact Skype Customer Service.

When you contact us, make sure that you include your proof of payment in the email. Skrill will then contact you and help you from this point.
