How can I recover my account if it has been suspended?

Your security is very important to us, and when we suspect that your details might have fallen into the wrong hands, we sometimes take action by temporarily suspending your account.

The easiest way to recover your account is to visit the Skype Online resolution center, where you'll need to provide some information about yourself and your account.  

Make sure that the details you entered are correct, enter the text into the security box and click Submit.

When we’ve received your details, we’ll check everything over and contact you as soon as possible. Learn more about receiving replies from Skype Customer Service.

Another way to recover your account is by contacting Skype Customer Service by chat. One of our support representatives will be happy to help you.
