Can I still use Skype if my account has been suspended for subscription abuse?

If you have received an email telling you that your account has been suspended for subscription abuse, you can continue to make free Skype calls and send instant messages. However, you will be unable to continue using paid products such as Skype Credit or subscriptions.

The suspension of your access to paid products is permanent and you will be unable to transfer any existing products to a new account or receive a refund.
