Can I get a refund for my subscription?

You might be able to get a refund for your subscription if you haven’t used it and it hasn’t expired. If you live in the EU, you can get a refund within 14 days.

It means that:

  • 1 month subscriptions can only be refunded if you request the refund within a month after you’ve purchased the subscription, provided you haven't used it at all.
  • 3 month subscriptions can only be refunded if you request the refund within 3 months after you’ve purchased the subscription, provided you haven't used it at all.
  • 12 month subscriptions can only be refunded if you request the refund within 12 months after you’ve purchased the subscription, provided you haven't used it at all.
