How do I cancel my Skype Number?

You can cancel your Skype Number subscription at any time.

Important: If you purchased your Skype Number on your iPhone or iPad, you can only cancel and reactivate it directly from your device.


To cancel your Skype Number:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the Manage features section, select Skype Number.
   
   Note: If you're on iPhone or iPad and don't have the Skype Number option, you may need to clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.
3. Select the Settings link under your Skype Number.
4. Select the Cancel Skype Number link in the Billing information section.
5. Select the reason you're cancelling, then select the Cancel Skype Number button.

When you cancel your Skype Number, your subscription will remain active until its expiry date. After it expires, Skype will reserve your Skype Number for you on your account for 90 days. This means no one else but you can purchase this particular number during this period. You can renew your Skype Number subscription from your account. To reactivate your Skype Number:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the Manage features section, select Skype Number.
   
   Note: If you're on iPhone or iPad and don't have the Skype Number option, you may need to clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.
3. Select the Reactivate link under the number you’d like to reactivate, then follow the instructions.

Your Skype Number will be reactivated as soon as your payment has been accepted.
