Important: Starting in May 2025, Skype will no longer be available. Sign in to Microsoft Teams Free on any supported device using your Skype credentials and your contacts and chats will automatically be transferred. You can cancel your Skype Number subscription at any time.
Note: If you purchased your Skype Number on your iPhone or iPad , you can only cancel and reactivate it directly from your device.
To cancel your Skype Number

Sign in to your account.

In the Manage features section, select Skype Number .Note : If you're on iPhone or iPad and don't have the Skype Number option, you may need to clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.

Select the Settings link under your Skype Number.

Select the Cancel Skype Number link in the Billing information section.

Select the reason you're cancelling, then select the Cancel Skype Number button.
When you cancel your Skype Number, your subscription will remain active until its expiry date.
