Skype-to-Skype calls are free* on Windows Phone 8, just like they are on your computer. To start a Skype-to-Skype call:
- Start Skype.
- Select a contact from your people list.
- Tap the call icon .
- Select call Skype.

The call quality depends on the available network conditions. The faster your data connection, the better the call quality will be. We also recommend that your contact uses the latest version of Skype available for their device.
When you receive a call, you’ll see an incoming call notification screen. Simply tap answer. To reject the call, tap ignore.
If you have activated call forwarding, the call will be forwarded to another number.
Skype for Windows Phone 8 only supports receiving and participating in group calls, not starting them. Group calls are audio only. Also, when you are invited to a group call it may appear to you as a normal Skype call.
Yes, you can. Calls to your Skype Number will ring just like any other Skype call.

You can find your call history, along with your instant message history, by swiping across to the recent list in Skype home.
If you’d like to remove a conversation from the recent list, simply tap and hold it, then select remove.
