If you unlink your Skype account from your Microsoft or Facebook account, it means you will no longer be able to sign in to Skype using these accounts. You can only unlink your accounts a limited number of times, so make sure that’s what you want to do before you unlink.
To unlink your accounts:
Sign in to your account on skype.com.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and, under Settings and preferences, click Account settings:
Next to your Microsoft account, click Unlink.
(If the option is Not linked rather than Unlink, it means your Microsoft account isn't linked to your Skype account. If you were expecting to see a linked account, make sure you've signed in with the correct Skype Name or Microsoft account.)
Read the confirmation message that appears. Please be aware that if your Skype Name is live:<your email address without domain> or outlook:<your email address without domain>, you will lose all of your Skype contacts when you unlink.
If you still want to unlink, click Continue. Your accounts are now unlinked. This may sign you out of your account – if it does, just sign in again.
Next to your Facebook account, click Unlink.
Read the confirmation message that appears, and if you want to unlink click Continue. Your accounts are now unlinked. This may sign you out of your account – if it does, just sign in again.
