The following questions and answers will help you learn more about allocating Skype Premium to your Skype Manager members:
To allocate Skype Premium to your Skype Manager members:
A list of your Skype Manager members is displayed.
You can allocate Skype Premium to both professional and personal accounts. To select more members, check the boxes on the left of the members’ names and select Allocate Skype Premium at the bottom of the webpage.
To allocate Skype Premium to all displayed Skype Manager members, check the box next to Select all and select Allocate Skype Premium.
To change the number of members displayed, use the items per page drop-down list.
If you don’t want the selected member to make calls, you can leave the country unassigned.

Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible to upgrade an existing group video calling subscription to Skype Premium in the Skype Manager.
If your members have an existing group video subscription, you can contact Skype Customer Service by email or live chat to submit a cancellation request at any time.
However, your group video calling subscription remains active until the end of the pre-paid subscription period. After your pre-paid subscription ends, you’ll be able to buy Skype Premium and allocate it to your members.
