  1. Start Skype.
  2. Tap Recent.
  3. Tap a conversation in the list to select it.
  4. Swipe from the top of the screen to display the options bar and tap the menu button The menu button..

This will hide the conversation history. However, it will not delete it completely. Next time you receive an IM or a call from this contact or group, the conversation history will reappear in your Recent list.

How can I ensure the best call quality?

For the best call quality, we recommend that you have a strong WiFi connection and that you don’t have a lot of other applications running. Applications such as music players and internet browsers can use a lot of your phone’s memory.

How do I set up caller ID?

If you call a mobile or landline number from Skype, no number will be displayed on the other person’s phone unless you set up caller identification. You can set up your mobile number or Skype Number as your caller ID from your account. You can sign in to your account either from your mobile browser or on your computer.
