Yes. If you call one of your Skype To Go numbers from an unregistered phone, an automated operator will ask you to enter one of your registered phone numbers including the international country code (for example: +1 for the US or +44 for the UK), and your PIN before the call can be connected. This stops anyone from using your Skype To Go numbers without your permission.
When you call one of your Skype To Go numbers from a registered phone, your call will be connected straight away.

Remember: If you call one of your Skype To Go numbers from a phone you haven’t registered on your account, an automated operator will ask you to enter one of your registered phone numbers along with your PIN. Your telecoms provider will be able to tell you which area code you are in and whether the area code of your Skype To Go matches that. If it doesn't, they will be able to help you find the right one.
Yes. With Skype To Go, you can also get an Access Number in supported countries. The only thing you will need is a verified phone number. If you have already verified your phone number, you should have received a notification via email. If not, it is easy to verify your number – just go to the Caller ID page in your account and select Add a new number.
