How do I dial an extension during a call?

To dial an extension number during a call, or to enter a number or character such as # (hash) on an automated phone system:

  1. In the toolbar that is displayed during the call, click the dial pad icon. You may have to move your mouse to make the call bar appear.

  2. Use the dial pad to enter numbers or characters.
