The most likely reason for your number not being displayed correctly to the person you are calling is that their telecommunications provider does not support this feature. If caller identification is not supported, your number will not be displayed or will be displayed incorrectly.
If the telecommunications provider does support caller identification, you may not have set up caller identification correctly.
