If you are receiving unwanted calls to your Skype Number, then you can block certain numbers from calling you. You can do this by adjusting your privacy settings in Skype. This will allow you to block calls from all hidden numbers, or from any number not saved to your contact list.

To adjust your privacy settings on Skype for Windows desktop:

  1. In Skype, select Tools, then Options
  2. Click the Calls tab
  3. Select you privacy options under “Allow calls to my Skype number(s) from…”

You can choose to allow calls from “anyone” or “phone numbers in my Contact list only”; you can also choose to “block calls when phone number is hidden”. When you’ve chosen your preferred option, click Save.

If you continue to receive unwanted calls to your Skype Number, please contact us.
