    How do I change the font of my instant messages in Skype?

    1. In the menu bar, select Tools > Options.
    2. Click IM & SMS and select IM appearance.
    3. Click Change font.

    Here you can change the font, font style and font size. When you have selected your font settings, click OK, then Save.

    These font settings are only supported in Skype for Windows desktop, but you can change the size of your IM font in Skype for Mac.

    How do I change the font size of instant messages in Skype for Mac?
    1. Open a conversation.
    2. In the main menu, select View and then choose Make Text Bigger, Make Text Normal Size or Make Text Smaller.

    This changes the font size for all of your instant message conversations.

    Can I change the font color of instant messages?

    No, the font color is set by default and cannot be changed.

    If I change my font, will my contacts see my font changes?

    No, changing your font will only change how instant messages are displayed in your Skype account. Any messages you send to contacts will be received in the font that they have set for their Skype account.
