How can I cancel my purchase?
If you have made a purchase and need to cancel, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- You purchased the product within the last 14 days
- You live in the EU
- You have not yet used the product
- You have a stored payment method in the MyAccount section of your online account
Follow these steps to fill out the online Cancellation and Refund form:
- If you’re not signed in to Skype, enter your Skype Name and password, then click Sign me in.
- Fill out the Cancellation and Refund form.
- Digitally sign the cancellation and refund form by typing your full name, then click Send.
