    How can I cancel my purchase?

    If you have made a purchase and need to cancel, you will need to meet the following criteria:

    • You purchased the product within the last 14 days
    • You live in the EU
    • You have not yet used the product
    • You have a stored payment method in the MyAccount section of your online account

    Follow these steps to fill out the online Cancellation and Refund form:

    1. If you’re not signed in to Skype, enter your Skype Name and password, then click Sign me in.
    2. Fill out the Cancellation and Refund form.
    3. Digitally sign the cancellation and refund form by typing your full name, then click Send.

    We will normally get back to you within 24 hours.
