    For Indian customers: How do I pay using Netbanking?

    NetBanking allows you to make online bank transfers to pay for Skype products. This is only one of many ways to pay

    To use NetBanking, your billing address must be in India. To update your billing address, sign in to your Skype account.

    Here's how to buy Skype products using NetBanking:

    1. Sign in to your Skype account. 
    2. Select the Skype product you want to buy and click Continue. The relevant local tax will be applied to your order.

      Note: If you are on an iPhone or iPad and can't find the product you want to buy, you may need to clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.
    3. Select NetBanking as your payment method.
    4. Accept the Microsoft Services Agreement (which are the relevant terms of use for Skype) and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
    5. Review your order details, and then click Pay Now. You'll be redirected to the NetBanking website.
    6. Choose from the list of available banks and select Continue.
    7. Sign in to your NetBanking account using your bank credentials to complete the purchase.

    No emergency calls with Skype
    Skype is not a replacement for your telephone and can't be used for emergency calling
