Skype contacts have call and video call buttons. Phone contacts only have a call button with #. This means you can only reach them on their regular phone, using your Skype Credit or a subscription. Invite them to Skype and enjoy free calling.
Most dropped calls are due to network issues, but if you think otherwise do let us know. Just tap on the top left app drawer, then Help and feedback and then Report a problem.
We are actively working on addressing these issues for a better experience with Skype Lite.
Skype Lite is now available worldwide as a beta. Steps to download beta apps are available at the Google play site.
