    How do I manage my Skype profile and purchases for iPhone and iPad?

    In Skype for iPhone and iPad, some functions are not available from within the app.  If you can't find what you are looking for, you can access it from your Skype My Account page.

    If you're still missing something from the Skype My Account page, you'll need to do the following:

    1. Clear the history and cookies on your iPhone or iPad
    2. Go back to your Skype My Account page and sign in again.

    You can manage your settings and preferences directly from the following links:

    To purchase or manage your Skype Number:

    1. Clear the history and cookies on your iPhone or iPad
    2. Go to your Skype My Account page and sign in.
    3. From under Manage features, select Skype Number so you can:

    If you purchased your subscription on your iPhone or iPad, you can only manage it directly from your device.

    If you purchased your subscription from a different device, you can manage it from your Skype My Account page. If you don't have the subscription or Manage button available on your Skype My Account page, you'll need to do the following:

    1. Clear the history and cookies on your iPhone or iPad
    2. Go to your Skype My Account page and sign in.
    3. Under your profile picture select the subscription or Manage button.

    Note: If you made any Skype purchases in the app or through the iTunes store, we are unable to provide a refund. You will need to request a refund from Apple
