Getting started with Skype Click to Call

With Skype Click to Call you can call phone numbers on websites with just one click.

If you have Click to Call enabled, when you see a phone number online, just click it to call from Skype. Go from browsing to chatting in seconds, all on the same device.

Some businesses even cover your costs – so if you see a number labelled FREE, it won’t cost you a thing. To call other numbers, you’ll need a little Skype Credit or a subscription.

Skype Click to Call is available for Internet Explorer, Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Click to Call is not supported in the latest versions of Safari.

To install Click to Call

  1. Download the Skype Click to Call plug-in and install it.
  2. Restart your browser. You should now see clickable phone numbers on web pages.
