[For German customers] I have a problem with giropay...

If you’re having problems paying with giropay:

  • Check* if your bank supports giropay.
  • Contact your bank to make sure you have online banking enabled.

If you are still experiencing problems paying with giropay, contact giropay or Skype Customer Support.

*Skype is not responsible for the content of external sites.

Remember your billing address must be in Germany to use giropay on Skype.
