I'm having problems redeeming my Ukash voucher...

If you’re having problems redeeming your Ukash voucher, try the following:

  1. Check the date on the voucher to make sure it hasn’t expired.
  2. Make sure that you have entered the voucher number correctly, with no spaces or hyphens.
  3. Wait and try again in a few hours or the next day. If you have tried to redeem the voucher a few times our system may have temporarily suspended your account.

If you still can’t redeem your voucher, contact Ukash*, or Skype Customer Service for further assistance.
