If you’re having problems redeeming your Ukash voucher, try the following:
- Check the date on the voucher to make sure it hasn’t expired.
- Make sure that you have entered the voucher number correctly, with no spaces or hyphens.
- Wait and try again in a few hours or the next day. If you have tried to redeem the voucher a few times our system may have temporarily suspended your account.
If you still can’t redeem your voucher, contact Ukash*, or Skype Customer Service for further assistance.
