    How do I manage my Skype profile and purchases for iPhone and iPad?

    In Skype for iPhone and iPad, some functions are not available from within the app. If you can't find what you need, you can access it from your Skype My Account page. If you're still missing something from the Skype My Account page, you'll need to do the following:

    1. Clear the history and cookies on your iPhone or iPad.
    2. Go back to your Skype My Account page and sign in again.

    Following is some additional information to help you find what you need.

    If you purchased your subscription on your iPhone or iPad, you can only manage it directly from your device.

    To cancel your Skype Subscription purchased from your iPhone or iPad:

    1. In Skype, tap your profile picture.
    2. Tap Skype to Phone.
    3. Tap the Skype Subscription you want to cancel, then tap Manage subscriptions.
    4. You will be taken to the Subscriptions page in your iOS device settings. Learn more about how to cancel a subscription from your iPhone or iPad.

    Note: Skype Subscriptions that have been cancelled will be listed as expired on the Subscriptions page in your iOS device settings. If you did not purchase your Skype Subscription from your iPhone or iPad, you can manage it from your profile page:

    1. Clear the history and cookies on your iPhone or iPad
    2. Go to your Skype My Account page and sign in.
    3. Under your profile picture select the subscription or Manage button.

    If you purchased your Skype Number on your iPhone or iPad, you can only manage it directly from your device. To cancel your Skype Number purchased from your iPhone or iPad:

    1. In Skype, tap your profile picture.
    2. Tap Skype Number.
    3. Tap the Skype Number you want to cancel, then tap Manage your Skype Number on your iOS device.
    4. You will be taken to the Subscriptions page in your iOS device settings. Learn more about how to cancel a subscription from your iPhone or iPad.

    Note: Skype Numbers that have been cancelled will be listed as expired on the Subscriptions page in your iOS device settings. To reactivate your Skype Number purchased from your iPhone or iPad:

    Important: Skype will reserve your Skype Number for you on your account for 90 days. You will need to reactivate it within 90 days to keep the same number.

    1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
    2. Tap your name.
    3. Tap Subscriptions.
    4. Under Expired, tap the Skype Number subscription, then follow the prompts to complete the process.

    If you did not purchase your Skype Number from your iPhone or iPad, you can manage it from your profile page:

    1. Clear the history and cookies on your iPhone or iPad.
    2. Go to your Skype My Account page and sign in.
    3. From under Manage features, select Skype Number so you can:
