Some users might be experiencing problems when signing in to Skype. There might be error messages about connection issues or incorrect credentials.

Some users might be experiencing problems when signing in to Skype using 2-factor authentication. There might be error messages about connection issues or incorrect credentials.:

We have identified following workaround:
1. go to account.live.com/summarypage via web browser
2. login with the same user
3. on the login with authenticator page, choose use password to login
4. enter user password and successfully authenticator
5. go back to UWP Skype app
6. try to login with that account
7. default should be use password login now
