Description
Service outage of Skype Number affects most Skype users and causes serious problems with receiving calls on their Skype Numbers. Calls might not connect at all and might drop unexpectedly.
Additional information
Call to Skype numbers ring but the receiver cannot hear the caller and the service drops after 30 seconds. Fix for the affected build 8.20 is under work. Workaround for the affected build is in place and the new configuration should manifest within an hour. For quicker manual update please logout, click on 'Forget me', kill the application and open/log in again. This should refresh to the latest configuration where the calls work as expected.
