How do I send a video message in Skype on mobile or tablet?

    1. From a chat, tap the Camera Capture button button.
    2. Tap and hold the photo button to record a video message.
    3. Tap Send Send in Skype to send it to your chat.
     

    Note: You can record a message of up to twenty seconds from within Skype. If you want to send a longer video message, you can upload videos as long as ten minutes from your device. Learn how to send files.

    Sending a video message is not available in Skype for Android 4.04 - 5.1.
