    If you are experiencing issues connecting to Skype, go to the Skype Status page to check for any current issues. You can also try the following steps for additional help:

    1. Verify your device has a working internet connection with the required bandwidth.
    2. Verify you have the latest version of Skype
    3. Check your security software or Firewall settings to make sure they aren't blocking Skype.


    Are you using a VPN?
    If you are connected to a VPN and the call is unable to connect, then disconnect from the VPN and try the call again.

    Are you using a proxy server?
    If you are connected to the internet through a proxy server, you may need to verify settings with your network administrator.
