How do I manage my Skype purchases through Google Play?

If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, you can only manage it directly from your device or the Google Play site.

To cancel your Skype Subscription purchased through Google Play:

1. In Skype, tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Skype to Phone.
3. Tap the Skype Subscription you want to cancel, then tap Manage subscriptions.
4. You will be taken to the My subscriptions page in Google Play. Learn more about how to cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.

To cancel your Skype Number purchased through Google Play:

1. In Skype, tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Skype Number.
3. Tap the Skype Number you want to cancel, then tap Manage your Skype Number on Google Play Store.
4. You will be taken to the My subscriptions page in Google Play. Learn more about how to cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.

Note: If you made any Skype purchases in the app or through the Google Play store, we are unable to provide a refund. You will need to request a refund from Google Play.
