How do I check my Skype account balance and purchase history?

    You can view your Skype Credit balance and purchase history right from your profile. Before you get started, make sure you're signed into the correct Skype account.

    What do you want to do?

    Skype for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android 6.0+

    1. Sign into your Skype account
    2. Select your profile picture
    3. Your Skype Credit balance is shown under Skype to Phone
       

    Android 4.0.4 - 5.1

    1. In the Chats screen, tap the Menu menu button button.
    2. Tap My profile to view your Skype Credit balance. 

    To view your purchase history:

    1. Sign in to your account.
    2. In the Account details section at the bottom of the page, click Purchase history to view your active subscriptions.

      Note: If you are on an iPhone or iPad and can't find the product you want to purchase, you may need to clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.

    What details are shown in my purchase history?

    • Purchased by – who made the order (this will be your Skype Name)
    • Transaction date – the date and time the order was made
    • Payment method – what payment method was used to make the order (for example: credit card, PayPal, Skype Credit)
    • Status – displays whether the order has been delivered
    • Items in this order – which products were purchased as part of this order

    In some European countries, you can download a VAT invoice.

    Purchases made using Skype Credit and certain Skype Number purchases can be viewed in your purchase history, but cannot be printed as an invoice.
