Kegagalan sistem layanan Nomor Skype memengaruhi sebagian besar pengguna Skype dan menyebabkan masalah serius pada penerimaan panggilan di Nomor Skype. Panggilan mungkin tidak terhubung sama sekali dan dapat terputus secara tiba-tiba.

Call to Skype numbers ring but the receiver cannot hear the caller and the service drops after 30 seconds. Fix for the affected build 8.20 is under work. Workaround for the affected build is in place and the new configuration should manifest within an hour. For quicker manual update please logout, click on 'Forget me', kill the application and open/log in again. This should refresh to the latest configuration where the calls work as expected.
