    I use Skype Connect™ and my calls keep dropping mid-call. What should I do?

    If you use Skype Connect and your calls keep dropping mid-call, check the following possible causes:

    Check Description
    Is your internet connection losing connectivity on an intermittent basis? If you are using a dedicated or shared internet connection for voice, contact your ISP regarding intermittent loss of connectivity. Your ISP can track such occurrences to help identify the issue.

    Is there a problem with your SIP-enabled PBX? If you use multiple communication suppliers on one SIP-enabled PBX, check whether you are experiencing call drops using their services and contact them if this is the case.
