If you use Skype Connect and your calls keep dropping mid-call, check the following possible causes:
|Is your internet connection losing connectivity on an intermittent basis?||If you are using a dedicated or shared internet connection for voice, contact your ISP regarding intermittent loss of connectivity. Your ISP can track such occurrences to help identify the issue. |

|Is there a problem with your SIP-enabled PBX?||If you use multiple communication suppliers on one SIP-enabled PBX, check whether you are experiencing call drops using their services and contact them if this is the case. |
