No. If you have a limited, fixed-minute subscription, your calling allowance is reset each month. Unused minutes are not carried over from month-to-month.
Go to your Purchase history to view your active subscriptions (you may be asked to sign in). Select the name of a subscription to see how many minutes you have left.
If your minutes run out, you’ll need to buy some Skype Credit or a different subscription to continue making calls.
