No. If you have a limited, fixed-minute subscription, your calling allowance is reset each month. Unused minutes are not carried over from month-to-month.
Go to your Purchase history to view your active subscriptions (you may be asked to sign in). Click the name of a subscription to see how many minutes you have left.
You can still continue to make calls, you’ll just need to purchase some Skype Credit or another subscription if your minutes run out.
